These terms describe the FanPic service and purchases. Last updated September 30, 2026.
Eligibility and your photos
FanPic is for adults age 18 or older. You must have permission to upload every photo you submit and must not submit another person's image without the rights and consent needed for this use. You are responsible for your account and the material you choose to publish.
What FanPic creates
FanPic generates fictional fan selfies using AI and authorized reference material. A result is an imagined scene, not evidence of a real meeting, endorsement or association with a celebrity. Image generation can vary; we prioritize quality but cannot guarantee a particular likeness, expression or turnaround time.
Free preview and paid access
A first eligible generation is free and shown as a securely blurred preview. Access to the full image requires a one-time purchase or a subscription credit. A $4.99 one-time purchase grants one image credit that does not expire. The $9.99 monthly plan grants 3 credits, the $53.99 six-month plan grants 18, and the $99.99 yearly plan grants 36 at the beginning of each paid term. Subscription credits expire at the end of that term. Revealing the first generated image uses one credit. Technical generation failures return the credit consumed for that attempt.
Checkout, renewals and refunds
Hotmart handles checkout, recurring charges and payment processing. The price and renewal interval are shown before payment. You can cancel future renewals through your account controls; access and remaining term credits continue through the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise. Refund requests are handled through Hotmart and applicable consumer protections. A payment is complete only after Hotmart confirms it to FanPic.
Privacy and public gallery
Your generated images are private by default. If you publish one, other visitors can see it along with your chosen nickname and may like, view or report it. You may make it private again. FanPic can screen, hide or remove content reported for abuse or that violates these terms. Do not use generated images to impersonate someone, deceive others about a real event or infringe rights.
Account and service changes
You can export your account data and request deletion. Active subscriptions must be canceled before deletion. We may adjust future prices, available scenes, celebrities or service limits; any change to a recurring offer will follow the checkout's notice and consent rules. Service access can be limited for abuse, security or legal reasons.
