Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FanPic handles your photos, account and purchase information. Last updated September 30, 2026.
What we collect
When you use FanPic, we process the photos you submit, your quiz and scene choices, generated images, account email, age eligibility, gallery nickname and activity, purchase and credit records, and basic security logs. We record campaign parameters and referral information to understand where purchases come from. We use your date of birth to verify you are at least 18; the account stores the verification result, not your full birth date.
How we use photos
We send submitted photos and authorized celebrity references to our image generation provider to create your requested selfie. Submitted photos are stored privately. A generated original remains private until your purchase is confirmed, and only a separately rendered blurred preview is shown beforehand. We do not put your photo or selfie in the public gallery unless you choose to publish it.
Retention and deletion
Submitted source photos are deleted one year after upload, or earlier if you delete them. Generated images remain in your private library until you delete them or your account, subject to any legal retention requirement. You can remove a published image from the gallery, delete generated images, export account data and request account deletion in your account controls. An active subscription must be canceled before account deletion so billing does not continue.
Payments and service providers
Hotmart processes checkout and subscription payments; FanPic receives transaction status and records needed to provide credits and support purchases. We do not receive or store your full card number. We use hosting, private storage, email and image generation providers to operate the service. These providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Analytics and advertising
Optional Meta, TikTok and Google Analytics browser tags load only after you accept marketing tracking. You can change that choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. With consent, we may send purchase events from the browser and server using matching event IDs to avoid double counting. Basic first-party campaign attribution and security records may still be kept to operate the service and measure sales.
Your choices and requests
Your selfies start private. Publishing is voluntary and can be reversed. You may ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your information using the account controls or the contact details below. Some payment records may need to be retained to meet accounting or legal obligations.
